Terms & Conditions TM555 – Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the TM555 platform, accessible via tm555.life and all associated subdomains. These Terms take effect from the date you first register an account or from the date these Terms are updated — whichever occurs earlier.

Tm555 operates as an online gaming platform offering a wide range of entertainment products, including slots, Live Casino, baccarat, roulette, poker, lottery, progressive jackpots, and Sports Betting. All products are subject to these terms as well as the specific game rules applicable to each.

Account information such as the registered name, phone number, and payment method cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstances.

TM555 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods are:

TM555 does not accept deposits via payment methods not listed above. Deposits sent through unapproved methods may be non-refundable, and TM555 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from such transactions.

All deposits must be made from an account or device registered in the same member's name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If tm555 identifies that a deposit was made by a third party, tm555 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the completion of an investigation.

Withdrawals from your tm555 account may only be made to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a method that has been registered and verified in the member's name. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request
• Standard processing time: 15 to 30 minutes after approval
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional verification and can take up to 24 business hours
• Tm555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving large withdrawals.

Withdrawals may only be made from your real money balance — bonus balances that have not yet met rollover requirements are not eligible. Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that all applicable bonus rollover requirements have been fully met.

Tm555 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, reload offers, and seasonal promotions. All offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion, as well as the following general terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members as specified in the relevant promotion terms
• Each bonus type may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated
• Rollover requirements (wagering conditions) must be met within the specified validity period — expired bonuses cannot be extended
• While a bonus balance is active, the maximum bet allowed per round or game is RM 50 unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms
• Winnings from bonus games that breach the maximum bet limit are subject to cancellation without notice
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the applicable rollover requirements.

TM555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all accounts involved.

All games available on TM555 have specific rules that can be reviewed under the "Game Info" section for each title. In general, the following terms apply to all games on the TM555 platform:

• All game results are final once a round is completed. Disputes must be filed within 72 hours from the time of the incident
• In the event of a technical disruption during a round, tm555 will attempt to restore the game to its state prior to the disruption. If this is not possible, the affected bets will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• For slots, the RTP (Return to Player) value displayed is a theoretical long-term figure and does not guarantee returns for any individual gaming session.
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted are the odds used to calculate winnings — not the odds at the time of settlement

• Money laundering: Using the TM555 platform to conceal the source of illicit funds or to transfer money unlawfully
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for any purpose, including claiming bonuses multiple times

• Collusion: Colluding with other players to exploit TM555's systems or to cheat other players, particularly in poker games
• Bug exploitation: Exploiting technical errors or system bugs to obtain illegitimate winnings
• Arbitrage betting: Using betting techniques designed to exploit odds differences in a manner that does not reflect genuine gambling activity

TM555 operates a sophisticated fraud detection system and continuously monitors activity across the platform. Players suspected of engaging in any of the activities described above will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken without prior notice.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting TM555 customer support. Any remaining real money balance in the account (subject to all applicable rollover requirements having been met) will be returned via the registered payment method.

Tm555 reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms in this document
• Inability to verify a member's identity or eligibility
• Self-exclusion request from the member themselves or their immediate next of kin due to problem gambling
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from the relevant authorities
• Any activity suspected of violating applicable laws

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, TM555 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending the outcome of an investigation.
